Common questions
How does the application process work?
Start with a free Explorer account. When you're ready, apply for Builder or Operator. We review every application personally. Once approved, you can complete payment and unlock the full membership.
Can I pay before I'm approved?
You can submit payment details after approval. If you already know you want to join, you can still apply immediately — payment is the final step after approval.
Why an onboarding fee?
It funds the high-touch first 30 days — welcome call, intake review, your first matched intros — and filters for members who are actually ready to build. You'll be working closely with real humans who have built successful businesses and have the network and resources to help you scale with limited resources.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes — upgrade from Builder to Operator from your billing page; we'll pro-rate.
